Max Hyde Formally Kicks Off His Campaign for South Carolina Senate, District 13

The Spartanburg native has a passion for community service, and his hometown.

SPARTANBURG, SC – With his family by his side, Max Hyde formally announced his candidacy for South Carolina Senate, District 13 today in the presence of hundreds of supporters at Wade’s Family Restaurant.

“The voluntary undertaking of other people’s burdens…this is what public service should be about, said Hyde. “That is why I offer myself for the South Carolina Senate. I want to be the helping Senator. The one who will undertake your burdens and be available, accessible and accountable to you, the citizens of the District.”

A Spartanburg native, Hyde returned to his hometown after completing his education and is currently an attorney and partner at Harrison, White, Smith & Coggins, P.C. Hyde is no stranger to community service. He serves as the vice chairman of the Spartanburg Community Foundation, as well on the board of United Way of the Piedmont, the Salvation Army and the Spartanburg County Historical Society.

“Together we can lift up this great State,” said Hyde. “We can maximize its potential and maximize the positive. But to do this, I must first ask you to maximize your vote and cast your ballot for me, Max Hyde on June 10th.”

Max currently resides in Spartanburg with his wife Eliza and their two children, Lilly Ruth and Thomas. For more information, please call Max Hyde at 864-585-5100 or visit maxhydeforsenate.com.
